Pain Clinics

Bettii Recommends: Daye’s Pain Clinic, £45 for one online session, focus on pelvic and period pain.

Daye is a gynaecological health company that created an online pain clinic you can access from home. While not as comprehensive as a full specialist clinic , it’s a more affordable, accessible option that could be a helpful place to start.

Who can use it: Individuals seeking private, specialist support for pelvic or menstrual-related pain. You can self-refer.

What they offer: After completing an online questionnaire (takes about 15 minutes) Daye generate a personalised pain report, offer a 30 minute online consultation with an expert nurse and give you guidance on medication and lifestyle amongst other things.

Bettii Recommends: The Pelvic Pain Network, focus on Physiotherapy, online or in person support. £110 for first 60 min session.

If you're dealing with persistent pelvic pain and looking for specialist therapist support, The Pelvic Pain Network is a service worth knowing about. They offer online and face to face physiotherapy appointments with trained pelvic health specialists.

Who can use it: Anyone can self refer for private, specialist support for pelvic related pain.

What they offer: At your first 60 minute session they will work with you to understand your pain history, any investigations you’ve had, and to set goals for your treatment journey. The follow-up sessions are £110 for 60 minutes and £60 for 30 minutes for either online or in person sessions at one of their 10 UK locations. Check with them to confirm where your nearest practitioner is based before booking your first appointment.

They can also connect you with private sector professionals — such as gynaecologists and psychologists (these are separate costs).
